Friday, After a phone interview for a job, Mom, Dad, JJ and I drove down to Medford, OR. Sister Jill drove up from California. We met at Tricia and Darren's to celebrate an early Christmas. (since we would not see then in Eugene). We got there and walked in to this giant tree in there livingroom. It was a 9 x 9ish size tree and they cut one side of the bottom out to fit into the corner of the room...the kids then made a fort with the hole in the tree and have decorated it. I will try to get a picture on of how big but I do not think it will do justice to the size of the tree to the room. It took at least 1/2 or 1/3 of the room up. It made for a cozy little time. On Saturday we had pumpkin pancakes and opened presents and then that night we went to the church Christmas dinner and watched the kids in a Christmas presentation. It was VERY good they did a GREAT job. I got to meet Tricia's neighbors and some friends of theirs and had a nice dinner. The next day we had to leave early as it was forecasted for another snow storm. It was sad to say good bye but It was a lovely time at the Wilhoits.
